Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of christmas-dance.com (“Christmas Dance”, “we”, “us”). By uploading a photo or buying a video you agree to them. Contact us at support@christmas-dance.com.

What you buy

One-time packs of video credits. One credit makes one AI-generated Christmas dance video. Credits do not expire. HD credits make HD videos only. There is no free video and no subscription.

Failures and refunds

• If it fails: If a video fails to generate, that credit comes back automatically so you can try again. This is not a cash refund.
• Refund: Not happy with the result? For example, a face does not look like your photo, the two dancers swap faces, or your pet does not look like your pet. Email support@christmas-dance.com and ask. We refund the original payment.

Your content

You must have the right to use every photo you upload. See the Acceptable Use policy.

Music

The Christmas dance song belongs to its owner. A video with the song is for personal sharing.
